Florida Prep offers a flight training program, one of the school’s most distinguished traditions. Students are prepared for careers in a wide range of aviation industries, including Aeronautical Science, Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Physiology and Air Traffic Management. Qualified students can earn college credit at Eastern Florida State College and the Florida Institute Technology, with access to state-of-the-art classrooms, labs and more. Eligible students may be able to graduate high school with an Associate’s Degree, as well as a high school degree.

Florida Prep's personalized English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program has been named the "Best ESOL Program in the State of Florida" by the Florida Council of Independent Schools. Through daily sessions, the program provides students with the skills they need to master the English language and understand American cultural perspectives.
