ILEE
A one-of-a-kind professional community for Catholic school leaders.
The Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship in Education (ILEE) is a unique opportunity for top Catholic school leaders across the country to meet and connect with their peers, while receiving transformational development opportunities.
ILEE was founded on 5 main pillars:
Increasing capacity of leaders working in Catholic education
Increasing diversity of leadership in Catholic education
Nurturing innovation
Building networks of leaders
Growing in spirituality through profound experiences of faith
The ILEE seminar was one of the most unique and beneficial experiences of my career. I was lucky enough to be invited to learn from and share ideas with the best minds in Catholic education across the country. There is nothing professionally that I can imagine being as intimate and educational for a young Catholic leader to gain experience and build relationships.

The ILEE Seminar
Each year, the ILEE Fellows gather for an in-person seminar focusing on leadership development, text-based dialogue, spirituality and grounding in nature.
Each cohort is made up of 20-24 leaders and meets 3 times over two years at Lone Rock Retreat Center in Colorado. The cohorts also meet monthly on Zoom.
